Jesse Jones
A veteran of the valve industry, Jesse has been in the business for over 35 years. As the President and CEO, Jesse’s primary duties are to provide the vision and overall direction of the company. He interacts frequently with a large team comprised of sales, finance, marketing, operations, IT, and HR professionals as well as managing relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and financial institutions. His passion continues to be winning business as a team with other QRC associates by providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products to the markets we serve. He enjoys developing and executing organic growth initiatives, which includes opening new locations recently in Odessa, Texas, and Mobile, Alabama, as well as expanding QRC’s product portfolio.
Jesse is always ready to go the distance, especially on his Harley. An avid rider, he enjoys the singularity of thought required to ride safely with his wife. When he’s not cruising on his Dyna Switchback, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife at home in Houston, fishing at Matagorda, traveling to new places, or spending time at his Tennessee lake house.
Jason Bolin
Jason Bolin is the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for scores of operational systems which allow QRC Valves to function smoothly. Jason oversees inventory and supplier management, purchasing and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Department. Jason also has several duties balancing each of these departments including evaluating the QRC Valves’ inventory levels, current customer backlog/past due backlog and works with branch managers on any outstanding issues. One of his greatest passions is working and collaborating with his colleagues to ensure the business can be its best possible version. He constantly reminds his team that collaboration and teamwork is what is going to get QRC Valves where we want to be – no one person can do it. As a self-proclaimed “people person” his daily interaction with colleagues is the bright spot of each day.
Prior to joining the QRC team, he spent 16 years with Cameron/Schlumberger in various roles of materials management, planning and operations. Jason graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance. He hopes to one day visit England and catch some Premier League Soccer and aspires to become a professional cornhole player. He enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter and twin boys.
Abigail McLarty
As the Vice President of Finance for QRC Valves, Abigail is responsible for the financial management of the Company, including financial reporting, forecasting, and accounting. She works closely with other departments to strategize and plan resources. Prior to joining the QRC family in 2021, Abigail worked as the Corporate Controller for an oilfield services company for 2.5 years and as an auditor in public accounting for 15 years. Read More
Abigail’s favorite part of her job is collaborating with the team to develop strategies for the company. She believes communication and collaboration is the key to QRC’s success. She
loves to work with numbers and streamline processes. Abigail strongly believes
the company’s best assets are the employees because every single individual
contributes to the QRC culture and environment.
Outside of the office, Abigail enjoys spending time outdoors and is quite the sports enthusiast. Although she grew up in south Texas, she is an avid snowboarder and has yet to venture into water sports. Abigail played softball in college and aspires to attend a baseball game at every major league stadium. She would also love to play ball at Minute Maid Park, whether it is fielding ground balls and fly balls, taking batting practice, or running bases. Abigail also loves spending time with her husband of 14 years, their 2 daughters, and 4 dogs.
Stephen Adcock
Stephen Adcock is the Vice President of Business Development. He manages the sales teams and has the responsibility for U.S. and Canada branch operations, ensuring QRC Valves’ local inventory is aligned with all sales efforts. His top priority is to ensure his entire team has the support it needs to provide service to customers upon which they depend. Read More
Bringing on a new product line often presents a challenge, but Stephen expertly builds goals and expectations for his team to integrate products into the QRC portfolio seamlessly. He gains great professional satisfaction while visiting customers and potential customers to talk about how QRC can help them with their needs and solve challenges.
Stephen worked for the Cameron/Newco Joint Venture for 8 years prior to joining the QRC team and his career has always been associated with industrial sales. He grew up in Tewkesbury, England, a town famous for its Norman Abby, consecrated in 1121, and The Battle of Tewkesbury, which took place on May 4, 1471, and was one of the decisive battles of the Wars of the Roses. He loves riding his Royal Enfield motorcycle and follows the Everton Football Club (soccer for those of us on this side of the pond). He also enjoys snow skiing and spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their two sons, Joe and Ben, and their dog, Reepicheep.
